Naama explains:
I am a Pilates and Bellydance Teacher for the past 10 years with qualifications in Corrective Exercises, Senior Fitness, Nutrition and  Pain Management.
I wanted to be able to give my clients guidance to improve their quality of life, being more mobile, independent and have confidence to enjoy their lives to the full and not being consumed with all the usual aging process, aches and pains, medications and operations.

I have been Bellydancing for 14 years and Pilates came to my life as a tool to improve my dancing, my ability to isolate my muscles, to improve my posture and alignment and to allow me to explore this beautiful dancer further. I use the Pilates technique in my bellydancing to protect my back and my knees in the hope that I could dance for many years to come.

THIS SESSION IS FREE IF YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THE BELLYDANCE TEACHERS TOOLKIT.  A resource for all bellydance teachers.  With talks, practical sessions and more every term.
