Our folklore intensive:
In this years folklore course, Abeer will explore the fishermen’s dance from the Sawahel (coastal) regions which include Port Said, Suez, Ismailia and Alexandria. It will also take on in depth look at the Alexandrian melaya dance and it’s cousin the Cairo melaya style. Traditional dances such as these are often depicted on stage with a tableau. a short story from the region. Abeer looks at how this can be adopted and used to good effect.
Sign up on arrival, attend all the classes to receive our certification.
Total Immersion:
Dip in and out of whichever classes you dance from the full timetable. This includes any of the folklore classes and music classes on the timetable. It does not include the project with Iana.

- When you pay your deposit we will be in touch to check which accommodation you would like, your dietary requirements etc.

Price includes accommodation, all your meals, tuition, evening entertainment and more …… pay your deposit and the balance by 15th June 2026.
